I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the extraordinary work that the teams at Ordior Media and Blue Pie Productions have done to restore and breathe new life into Sweet Peach Records.

What was once a short but powerful chapter in Adelaide’s music history has now been revived with brilliance and care, thanks to your incredible efforts. You’ve truly made something old brand new again, and it’s nothing short of miraculous.

Sweet Peach Records, born out of Gamba Studios, was a labor of love for myself and Denis Whitburn. In just three years, we poured everything we had into producing 40 singles, one EP, two maxi-singles, and ten LPs. Denis’s artistic vision and my production were the driving force behind the label, and together we built something special, especially when Doug Ashdown joined us to help create Australia’s first-ever double gatefold vinyl album, The Age of Mouse.

Seeing Sweet Peach’s legacy restored with such care and dedication has been deeply emotional for me.

To the media, production, and design teams at Ordior and Blue Pie: your work has been absolutely brilliant. You’ve not only preserved our history, but you’ve also given it a new life that will be cherished for generations to come.
